Free shipping transit time is usually 1-5 business days. And we typically ship out orders on the same day we receive them (Monday ~ Friday). With locations in California and 3rd party fulfillment centers in Canada, we are able to reach our furry customers faster than ever in the United States and Canada.

We strive to make the Paw Wave customer experience as fair and friendly as possible. We offer a 60 days returns period. So feel free to take your time and let your furry companion slowly get used to the new Paw Wave device. Most pets acclimate pretty quickly, some take a little longer and some just never get used to the device.
If Fido never warms up to the Paw Wave, well don’t worry. We understand! Please return your used Paw Wave device(s) and accessories back to us within 60 days from your receipt date and we will gladly refund your full purchase price. No restocking fee or less handling fee B.S. Full 100% Refund within 1-3 business days of your return.
Friendly note: We don’t offer Free Pre-Paid Shipping Labels on returns or exchanges.
Warranty Policy
Our Paw Wave massagers come with a 2 year ‘bumper to bumper’ warranty. As long as the Paw Wave is not used as a chew toy or negligently abused, we will gladly fix or replace your unit up to 2 years of your purchase date.
